Tur Akola prices traded in the price band of Rs.7900-8150/quintal, improved by 2.5% w-o-w. Urad Akola prices traded in the price band of Rs.7100-7500/quintal, improved by 5.6% w-o-w amid scarcity of good quality material. Moong Jaipur prices traded in the price band of Rs. 6150-6550/quintal, improved by 6.5% w-o-w. Millers and stockists were actively buying which supported the prices. Mostly firm sentiment witnessed across the pulses segment. Origo e-Mandi estimates Tur production at 3.66 MMT, 4.6% lower y-o-y. Urad production at 1.6 MMT, 8% lower y-o-y. Moong production at 1.53 MMT, 3.2% higher y-o-y.
