We explore the new Dist TUBE CULTURE from Arturia, part of the new FX Collection 3. TUBE CULTURE is a recreation of the Ultra Vulture from Thermionic Culture, with several distortion options based around four different vacuum tubes: one triode and three different pentodes. The harmonics added by the distortion can range from harsh to softer and pleasing, which is had a choice for mixing and mastering to add color or warmth to recordings.
