2 Tbsp robust coffee beans (or 3 Tbsp ground coffee)
1 cup boiling water
2 large pasteurized eggs, room temperature [ Ссылка ]
1 packet vanilla sugar or 2 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Yields: 2 servings
