### Recipe for Iranian Local Bread
#### Ingredients:
- Wheat flour: 1 kg
- Eggs: 2
- Liquid oil or melted butter: 50 g
- Warm milk or lukewarm water: 300 ml
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Yeast: 1 tablespoon (optional)
#### Cooking steps:
1. **Preparation of the dough:**
- In a large bowl, sift the flour and make a well in the middle.
- Add the eggs, liquid oil or melted butter, salt and yeast to the middle of the flour.
- Slowly add the lukewarm milk or lukewarm water and mix the ingredients with a spoon or hands until a smooth dough is obtained.
2. **Kneading:**
- Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes soft and smooth.
- If the dough is sticky, you can add some flour.
3. **Resting the dough:**
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean cloth.
- Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until it doubles in size.
