Easy way to plug into a laptop, using a pretty inexpensive mobile adapter/interface. I happen to like this little adapter by TCHelicon, so I use it for mobile devices, or whenever I'm recording quick demos or digital music. The nice thing is you can listen back through headphones and an amp at the same time if you like. Also, there's no power needed or USB cables, etc.
