► Chicken (250 gm)
► Yogurt (100 gm)
► Ginger garlic Paste (1 Tsp)
► Red Chilli Powder (2 Tsp)
► Salt (2 Tsp)
► Turmeric Powder (1 Tsp)
► Onion (20 gm)
► Tomato (30 gm)
► Ghee (1 Tsp)
► Green Chilli (10 gm)
► Coriander (5 gm)
► Mint (5 gm)
► Cumin Seeds (1/2 Tsp)
► Lemon Juice (2 Tsp)
► Black Cardamom (04)
► Green Cardamom (04)
► Cinnamon (2 Sticks)
► Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
► Cloves (1 Tsp)
► Cumin Seeds (1/2 Tsp)
► Water (2 liter)
► Vegetable oil (3 Tsp)
► Whole Spices (10 gm)
► Rice (500 gm)
***** How to Make Chicken Biryani ******
01:03 Step-1: Take Chicken in a bowl, add Yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, ghee, green chili, coriander, mint, cumin seeds, lemon juice and marinate it well.
03:03 Step-2: Take a stone mortar, add black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, cumin seeds and crush spices in the mortar with the help of pestle.
03:53 Step-3: Add crushed spices into marinated chicken and mix it well.
04:14 Step-4: Let it marinated for 30 Mins.
04:19 Step-5: Prepare half boiled rice, take water in a copper pot, add vegetable oil, whole spices, and rice, cook it for 5-6 mins.
04:50 Step-5: Take a bamboo, fill the bamboo center hole with marinated Chicken first then half boiled rice and seal it with flour dough.
06:06 Step-6: Place filled bamboos on fire and cook for 20-25 mins.
06:35 Step-7: Serve biryani in serving plate and garnish it with onion, cucumber and tomatoes.
