On December 23rd, we ventured to Luzern with my in-laws to explore!
We took the one hour train ride, and we headed to Rudolf’s Weihnacht for some delicious lunch, Glühwein and fun! The Christmas market was right on the lake and showcased incredible views of the Alps!
Afterwards, we walked over the Chapel Bridge, which was built in 1333, and we explored the Old Town.
We then headed to Winter Wonderland to see a Christmas lights display at dusk right along the lake at Strandbad Lido. It was a neat experience to enjoy some holiday spirit along with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. I thought it was a little expensive for the amount of lights they had but then again it is Switzerland 🇨🇭 !
