Many healthcare providers do not recognize chest pain in women as a SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection) heart attack. It is misdiagnosed as anxiety attack, gastritis, and takotsubo (broken heart) syndrome. Please share this video with any woman who has had chest pain whose cause has been attributed to stress, panic attack or some other non-specific cause.
At [ Ссылка ] are links to three flyers, one for patients, one for emergency room personnel, and one for EMTs. Consider sharing them with any healthcare professionals or emergency responders you know.
