Join me for a gentle 15 minute Pilates workout created as a Post Covid Recovery exercise programme. This session is also suitable for people with COPD and Asthma as we're working with deep breathing, breath control, stretching out the chest muscles, releasing tension and mobilsing the body. A wonderful, gentle routine for anyone who's been feeling poorly and is ready to start moving. It's also great for relaxation so I would encourage you to try it when you're in need of taking exercise down a notch and want to de-stress.
