Kermóafoss, known also as Skorarhylsfoss (hyl / hylur is canyon), the biggest waterfall in the city of Reykjavik (also the most beautiful). It is 20,7 feet high / 960 horse powers. Kermóar (móar = swamps) is the name for the area above the waterfall, hence the name. It is situated on the river Elliðaár in Reykajvík city. You can cross the river by the stones above the waterfall. The rocks all over are frozen lava (that flooded Reykjavik area 5000 yrs ago).
