The Gnawed Reins of the Battle-Bound Warhound mount has a very low chance to drop from the Elite mobs in the Theatre of Pain in Maldraxxus.

- Azmogal, Devmorta & Unbreakable Urtz are up every day, plus either Ti'or, Mistress Dyrax or Xantuth the Blighted.

You can kill all 4 per day for a chance at the mount! Hopefully you will get lucky like I did!
