BBC MasterChef host Gregg Wallace is to step away from his long-running role after complaints from individuals about historical allegations of misconduct.
The allegations of inappropriate sexual comments came from 13 people who worked alongside Wallace on a variety of shows across a 17-year period. It was revealed after BBC News sent a letter to Wallace’s representatives on Tuesday setting out allegations.
Scots broadcaster Wark featured on Celebrity MasterChef in 2011 and is one of the 13 accusers. She said Wallace told "sexualised" jokes when filming the show in front of contestants and crew and she felt they were “really, really in the wrong place”.
