Man...I been holding on to this video since the day I recorded it on March 9th, 2020.
My chapter 13 experience was a humbling one and really was an incredibly low point for me.
I hated every millisecond of bankruptcy lol.
I knew I was getting out of that sh* as soon as humanly possible.
The very next year, my company would go on to do 7 figures for the very first time.
If you know anything about being broke, struggling and FINALLY getting a lil bit of money, then you know exactly how hard it was to drop off $98K bucks to close that bankruptcy.
If I keep it all the way 100...I partially only paid the bankruptcy so I wouldn't buy a Tesla.
I legitimately entertained the idea of buying a $70K car while OWING $98K for all my other debt.
Social conditioning is a mf ain't it? lol.
But, hopefully this inspires someone of one very simple fact...
Your entire LIFE can shift with a single decision and it can happen in a matter of months.
Oh...last thing. This $98K payoff was made possible from working and teaching about Property Preservation.
