The Waffle House is one of my fav. I always order a side of cheese and eggs whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner. I have tried to watch the cooks but couldn't get it. I learned how by watching the Waffle House training videos on Youtube. The key was to add the eggs on top of the cheese once the eggs were almost done, be sure to use 2 frying pans & finish in a cast iron skillet.
