Hello Bakers; today we're sharing how to make 3 cake syrups and we were able to do this within 30 minutes!
You can double or triple these recipes to batch your cake syrup making and just store them in the fridge. Recipe quantities below.
Simple Syrup:
*Sugar - 100 gms - 1/2 cup
*Water - 500 ml - 2 cups
Cherry Syrup:
*Sugar - 1/2 cup - 100 gms
*Water - 500 ml - 2 cups
*Corn Starch - 1 Tablespoon/appx 15 gms and Cold water
*Chopped Cherries - 1/3 cup
You can use as many cherries as you prefer based on the flavor you want this is approximately 30 to 40 grams. We used Glace Red Cherries.
Coffee Syrup:
*Sugar 1/2 cup - 100 gms
*Water - 500 ml - 2 cups
*Instant Coffee - 1/8 Cup appx. 2 Tablespoons
PS - you can also used brewed coffee as well and dilute with a bit of simple syrup above to make a Coffee syrup
PLEASE NOTE: if you want your simple syrup to have less sugar, you can reduce the amount of sugar shared above, test the syrup to see the level of sweetness you prefer.
