Hello Everyone I wanted to talk about this Shock Doctor Pro Mouth Guard that are great for the price and easy to setup for anyone who may be involved in a sport that recommends it. Our son is playing lacrosse and this one had a lot of good reviews.

This Meets national and state highschool rules,
It is latex free, bpa free and phthatlate free.

To setup we just boiled some water and poured it into a dish with the mouthguard in it for 12 seconds.

We had my son put the mouth guard on his upper teeth, bite down and
push his toungue against it toward the roof of his mouth.

Then we had him suck out the air and water around it so it has a nice firm fit. Then you can put it cold water to set and test to make sure it fits nice and comfortable.

They can be remolded with the sames steps if needed and can also be trimmed to make even more comfortable.

It's really easy to do and for the price you may want to keep a few of them on hand in case one gets lost between games and practice. This also works if you have braces as well.

They come in a youth and adult sizes and strapped or strapless
