Salad Nicoise is an easy to make and healthy meal.
You need:
Salad leaves
Hard boiled eggs
Fish fingers or Tuna or any cooked fish
Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil - for salads the unfiltered one adds more taste
Cucumber
Onions
Salt and Pepper
Imagination and Passion !
