You can use any fish you like and you can use the same marinade with fish filet as well.
ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of garlic cloves (1 big handful)
- 1 large green bell pepper
- Jalapenos or cayenne pepper for some heat (optional for heat)
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. Cumin
tips:
- leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.
- remove any excess marinade from the shrimps and fish before flouring them to prevent the garlic from burning
- leave them after you flour them outside for 10 minutes, this will create a nice crunchy crust.
- cook the shrimps first
- don't over crowd the pan and cook them in batches
