In this video I will try to repair a 36v e bike battery which does not charge , does not have more than 0.2 volts on the main output connector . The first steps are : identifying why it came to the point where it does not charge ( physical damage, water , age etc ) than gathering data about the pack like total voltage , voltage of each cell group , etc Than if it's needed you can force it to charge or rebuild the pack .
