This case happen due to the improper shutting down of the power supply .

To troubleshoot this issue
1)check for the incoming power supply
2)check control pcb incoming power supply AC voltage and DC voltage

To prevent this issue from happening
1)make sure you switch off all the electrical equipment before shutting down the building power supply.
