This Guam Chamorro food corn soup recipe or Chamorro atulin ilotes, is rich with the luscious flavors of coconut milk. It is jam packed with chicken and corn. Guam CHamoru corn soup is excellent in cold weather, but is common at Guamanian gatherings in the heat of the tropics.

INGREDIENTS
Set 1
1 cup chopped onions
7 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, uncooked, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Set 2
1 - 10.75 ounce can of condensed, cream of mushroom soup + 1 can of water
2 - 13.5 ounce can of thick coconut milk, warm
2 - 15 ounce can of sweet corn, drained
1 - 14.5 ounce can of chicken broth
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Tools: large pot, whisk
