The Regional Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (RCAAP) involves multiple jurisdictions, including the County of Napa and the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, Napa, St. Helena, and the Town of Yountville, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address climate vulnerabilities in the region. On July 30th, 2024, a virtual community meeting was held to introduce the RCAAP process, present climate-related information, and gather community feedback. The meeting included a presentation on the RCAAP, climate vulnerabilities, greenhouse gas inventory, and strategy overview, followed by a group activity to collect input on community vulnerabilities and strengths.
