The Slow Food Youth Academy is a learning platform which involves an interactive training program for young learners, students and youths of different professions.
The Academy offers the participants an interdisciplinary program around the food chain so that they can be able to change the food system in getting everyone access to Good, Clean and Fair Food.
This is done bringing together young change makers to build their capacity in promoting the transition to diversified agroecological food production systems.
