Hey people, I am finally back with another video. In this video I am showing a hypertrophy based chest and back workout. This workout is very high volume with a lot of reps and sets. The entire workout is listed below. I hope you guys enjoy it!!
Flat Bench 4 sets 12 reps
T-Bar Row 4 sets 12 reps
Incline dumbbell Press- 4 sets 12 reps
Hammer Strength Lat Pull down- 10 reps each arm (single), 10 reps double arm (Superset)
Chest Fly- 3 sets 15 reps
Reverse Pec Deck - 3 sets 15 reps
Cable low row burnout 3 sets 20 reps
Hammer strength Incline- 3 drop sets
