Ingredients:-
1 kg.chicken liver Gizzards with hearts
Washing:-
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Marination & Pre cooking:-
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon garlic paste
Cooking:-
100 gm.mustard oil or ghee
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1 medium size onion finely chopped
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chilli crushed (as per taste)
1 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
½ teaspoon Red chilli powder (as per taste)
½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 medium size tomato finely chopped
1 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves roasted and crushed
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
green coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
