New Delhi, Nov 01 (ANI): In the infamous Nirbhaya case, when a girl was raped, tortured on a moving bus later died, the juvenile convict is reportedly set to be released from the shelter home a week before the scheduled date. The juvenile will reportedly be handed over to his mother after his three years punishment is completed. Nirbhaya's parents blamed the government for favouring the guilty and not meting justice to the victim. They also called for a strong public agitation against the release of the juvenile.
