The Annual Athletic meet for the year 2016-17 was held on Friday, 13th January 2017 at the Mumbai University Pavilion, Marine Lines.
Students from grade 1-5 performed a mass drill ending it with a pyramid and a message to ‘LIVE FIT’. Grade 3 students also performed the pole mallakhamb.
Students took part in the obstacle race (LKg and HKg), 50m, 80m, 100m, 200m and 400m run.
Besides the individual events students also took part in team events namely 4 x 100m relay and Tug of War. 100m open race was also held for parents.
The Aryabhatta house won the overall champion house and also was awarded the best marching squad.
Vanshika Jain (grade 10) and Yug Bhansali (grade 12) was awarded the overall Best Athlete (female) & Best Athlete (male) respectively.
