Should you rinse after you brush your teeth?
NO! #dentaltips #shocking #toothbrush
Not with water anyway.
Why? It will dilute or wash away the remineralizing ingredient in your toothpaste (fluoride or nanohydroxyapatite) which needs time (about 30 minutes at minimum) to work.
The one exception is .05% sodium fluoride mouthwash, which has the same dose of fluoride in 10mL of rinse as your pea size of toothpaste.
For anything else - Just brush. Spit. And walk away.
