This Mango Coconut Milk Agar-agar has a smooth and light creamy texture, sweetness mainly from the mangoes and coconut milk. It is very similar to the Mango Pudding served at Chinese Dim Sum Restaurants. Normally they use evaporated milk or cream but I used coconut milk as my nephew can't eat milk and he is my number one agar-agar fan :D
Ingredients:
400 grams mango puree
200 ml water, room temperature
200 ml coconut milk
3 grams agar-agar powder

70 grams sugar (adjust sweetness based on sweetness of mango)
Ingredients for Coconut Cream (optional):
100 ml coconut cream or coconut milk
15 grams icing sugar
pinch of salt
