Bathroom Installation Process.
1. Planning and development phase.
We provide free survey and a quote.
Advice on designing the layout.
Help in choosing durable materials.
Advise you on any technical planning or building regulation matters.

2. Demolition and dismantling phase.
The existing bathroom demolition and dismantling works.
Removing old bathroom suite.
Stripping wall and floor tiles.
Removing heaters, radiators, old lead pipework.
Rubbish removal.

3. Groundwork for new bathroom suite installation.
First fix plumbing and electrics.
Dealing with pipes and wiring. Putting new services in place.
Levelling walls, fitting plasterboard or tile backing board, plastering.
New ceiling installation.
Screeding and waterproofing the floor.
Second Fix.
Plumbing, including the installation of the toilet, bath, basin and taps, shower, heated towel rail.
Wiring, including electric underfloor heating, light switches, spotlights, fitting extractor fan, shaver point.
Walls and floor tiling.
Decorating.
Installing the rest of the suite.
Finishing touches.
