Important
Highly Recommend to buy new tire sensors if you’re replacing your wheels. No need to bring to tire shop for transfers. Something will go wrong and one sensor might not work due to age, Malfunction or poor installation.
You will need to reset your tire sensor if you had bought tires and wheels with new tire sensors or rotated your tires with sensors.
After 49,420, I needed new tires on my 2013 Chevrolet Spark. I bought new wheels and tire sensors also. I bought everything from Tire Rack.
My Goal is to install the tires myself.
Remember the following important point:
1. Press and Hold down the Set/Clear button until the horn blows two times.
2. Begin with the Driver Front tire, Passenger Front tire..Clockwise.
3. Last tire is the Driver Rear Tire.
4. Last tire sensor must produce 3 horn blows.
5. Tire sensor light will not go off until driven for about half a mile.
6. TPMS tool can be purchased from Amazon at a lower price.
Note: Tire Rack sold me one for GM, Ford and Haval vehicles for $45. IT WORKED!!!
Happy DIY!
