This wonderful instrument was built by John Slobod of Circa guitars. Its based on a prewar Martin D-28. It has a Red Spruce top and Cocobolo back and sides. The guitar is very powerful and has a lively thick voice that works well for flat picking and bluegrass playing but the voice is also very lush and beautiful when you play with your fingers!! Really a fine instrument here!!
