New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): A brisk 55 % percent turnout has been recorded in the first few hours of voting in Punjab and 67% in Goa till 3.p.m on Saturday, where the ruling BJP is battling it out tough with two main opposition parties Congress and Aam Aadmi Party for the 117 and 40 seats, respectively. Long queues were witnessed outside almost all the polling stations right from the morning in both the states.
