Chili Fish

Ingredients are:
Bhetki fish: 250-300 gm
Salt: (as per taste)
Pepper: 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Egg: 1 piece
Cornflour: 2-3 tbsp
Soya sauce: 2-3 tbsp
Green chilli sauce: 2-3 tbsp
Tomato sauce: 3-4 tbsp
Capsicum: 1/2
Red bell pepper: 1/2
Yellow bell pepper: 1/2
Chopped garlic: 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger: 1 tbsp
Onion : 2 medium
Chopped green chilli: 2-3 pieces
Spring onion: 2 tbsp
White oil : (for deep frying & for gravy)
Process:

A) Cut the bhetki fish into cubes.
In a bowl add fish cubes, then add salt, lemon juice, pepper, red chilli powder, soya sauce, cornflower, egg and mix all ingredients properly.
B) Heat a pan, add white oil for deep frying, add marinated fish in the pan one by one
C) Fry the fish until golden colour appears
D) In this same pan , add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green & red chillies and fry it on high to medium heat.
E) Then add onion cubes and fry it for 1-2 mins
Next add capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell
Pepper, spring onion and fry for another 2-3 mins.
F) After that add soya sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce (Mix it properly)
G) Adjust salt and pepper and then add 1 bowl of hot water, let it simmer for 1min and add the fried fish and mix with the gravy.
H) In a bowl add 1tbsp of cornflower, and water
Add this into the gravy, again simmer it 2mins.
I) finish with some more spring onion and serve with burnt garlic rice.
