CCFCC Bocuse d'Or Canada is a culinary team administered and managed by The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) in part to engage and train Canadian Chefs for the Bocuse d'Or held bi-annually in Lyon, France, and as an endeavor to promote both the art of Canadian cuisine and the pride, passion and professionalism of Canadian Chefs.
