Canon R5 Overheating problem is fixed.

Alright guys, so according to some information that was leaked. Canon is fixing the overheating problem the R5 has. Last year everyone was super excited about the R5, it was the first of its kind.

But it came with an issue, it overheats after 30 minutes of recording 8K or 6K. To be honest you don't really need to record at that level unless you are recording a music video, documentary, or movie.

But there are people that really wanted to record 8K for a longer time. And Canon listened to them and found a solution.

This means a lot of guys, the only reason filmmakers didn't use the R5 for their bigger projects was because of this issue. When you are working on a music video, commercial, documentary, or movie. You don't have the luxury to stop every 30 minutes to take a break.

This will make the R5 the most non-cinema camera used for this type of project.
