Serb protesters gather outside the municipal offices of the Kosovo Albanian mayor in Zubin Potok, which are being guarded by Kosovo special police forces after tensions erupted as Serb protestors who are opposed to Albanian mayors taking office in ethnic Serbian areas tried to prevent them entering.
