I kg of fresh Bone less fish ( or whole) cleaneďand sliced
20g of ground Bongo tchobi ( burn it before grinding)
100g ngansa for grinding
1 medium onion
1tsp ground achu beans (African nut Meg)
3 large fresh tomatoes
2 tsp freshly ground herbs (basil, celery, garlic and pasley)
Seasoning granules and salt to taste
Habanero pepper (optional)
300mls of veg. Oil
Pinch of water or meatstock (optional) to thin out the g. Nut paste.
