Personally, I prefer bays. Admittedly, especially in Chaweng Noi, when the sea is calm, the water is gorgeous, crystal clear and pleasantly warm. However, it is important to note that when the red flag is posted, you should not go into the sea, because it is very very dangerous and not a few underestimate the danger. Every year it costs the lives of many people because they disregard the rule. Unfortunately, this area has very often high waves, but when the waves are calm, it is an absolute dreamlike experience.
