There are 41 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India. Along with different kinds of festivals celebrated in India, PeppyTraveller will also be covering the UNESCO world heritage sites in inida. The first video I am uploading is of the site in Chandigarh called the Capitol Complex-The landscape architecture of Le Corbusier.
It is the first vlog of UNESCO site in India that I am uploading on my channel. There are more vlogs on UNESCO sites in India, coming up soon.
The three pillars of democracy – legislature, executive and judiciary – stand together at the Complex, forming a major portion of Sector 1. The other landmarks here are the Rajendra Park, the #SukhnaLake and the #Chandigarh Club, which was earlier known as the Officer’s Club. The Rock Garden did not exist in the original plan and came into existence only in the mid-seventies.
