Today we are bringing you a high protein snack recipe - Chana Kebab Frankie. This recipe is very easy to prepare at home and is super healthy. Frankie roll is an ideal party snack or appetizer recipe that can be easily prepared with leftover rotis also.

Chana Kebab Frankie Ingredients:
For the dough:
1.5 cups Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
For Kebab:
1 cup Boiled Kala Chana
1 Boiled Potato
2 tbsp Besan
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4-5 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
For the filling:
5 slices of Red Bell Pepper
5 slices of Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Lettuce Leaves (chopped)
4 slices of Ring Onion
1 tbsp Tandoori Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Veg Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
