Perenzin family firm has been making traditional cheeses for 5 generations. In 1987 Perenzin Latteria was among the first, in Italy, to establish a production of organic cheese. Nowadays a large part of the milk we work with come from Dolomites area. Our milk suppliers are very small farmers that really care about animal welfare. The high organoleptic quality of our production is confirmed by several important awards we earned through years (Best European Cheese at Global Cheese Awards, Supergold at International Cheese Awards etc.). We really love goats, especially happy goats and we produce from them milk a variety of cheeses that spaces from fresh and mild soft spreadable to very taste aged hard cheese, all organic, of course!!!
