Gibraltar’s new Roman Catholic Bishop, Monsignor Carmel Zammit, was ordained in St. Paul’s Cathedral in Malta this morning, in a ceremony that was broadcasted live on GBC. The Ordination was officiated by the Archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Vincent Nichols, Archbishop of Malta Charles Scicluna, and the Bishop of Hallam, Ralph Heskett.
