ingredients

1/2 kg bhindi/okra
3 med sized onions finely chopped
2 med size tomatoes finely chopped
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chole masala
1 tbsp dhania powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp whisked curd
salt to taste
4 tbsp cooking oil
