This is a short vid of one of my aquariums right after a tank cleaning (thats why the water looks a bit cloudy). The males (in blue with black stripes) fight by locking lips and shacking each other. Everytime I clean and replace the rocks the males fight over who gets what cave space. This usually last an hour or so. The fish are pseudotropheus saulosi, a dwarf Mbuna typically found along Taiwan Reef in Lake Malawi, Africa. These fish are classified as F1, which means first generation captive. The breeding parents were wild caught fish from the lake.
