This is a short video showing how I make the toothpaste that our family has used for more than 10 years. We're on well-water without any fluoride and we get dental check-ups/cleanings every 6 months to 1 year. I'm happy to say that we've only had to have one child get one cavity filled in all of our time using this homemade toothpaste. In our experience, it works!
