JTeam is an inter-denominational Christian non-profit organization founded in 2006 that works with children and young adults through experiential learning methodologies.They include adventure camps in outdoor settings, leadership training and experiential activity days at schools and newly introduced initiatives with colleges.
JTeam's emphasis is to influence young people in a holistic manner in everyday practical life, rekindling spiritual exploration, developing an appreciation for creation and forming strong identities in Christ
JTeam operates through a Board of Directors, a staff in charge of administration and operations and a pool of volunteers who are young professionals and college-going.
