Being an alpha male is often seen as bad nowadays. The term is definitely used to refer to bad and "toxic" masculinity.

When I use the term alpha male I often use it to describe the most powerful and centered men.
Men that have learned how to develop a sense of self and pursuing their own goals in life.
You can't be "nice" until you are capable of being mean.
Most "nice guys" are nice simply because they lack the courage to stand up for themselves and are afraid of hurting other people's feelings.
This is NOTHING like the usual "how to become an alpha male" video. In fact, I'm going to break down what it really means to be an alpha male in modern society and how you can do it, not by following useless advice, but by building a strong and solid foundation.
