When I play keys in church I usually use all four outputs on the Nord Stage 3. I have a stereo output with the piano sound and a stereo output with the synths / pads. By doing that the piano sound and the synth sounds are seperated and you leave much more room for the sound guy to adjust the different sounds. Even though I've blended the sounds to my taste, that might not be the best mix in the room.

I'm curious to hear if you're already doing this and any thought about using all outputs.
