Radhika Gupta is considered one of the biggest success stories of the Indian corporate world. She's currently serving as the CEO at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited.

After an Ivy League education at Wharton, Radhika began her career with a portfolio management firm that she co-founded with her husband. Eventually, that firm was bought by Edelweiss. At Edelweiss, she managed their Global Asset as a business head of multi-strategy funds and was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team’s investment & distribution platforms. She is India’s only female head of a major asset manager and has set up the country's first domestic hedge fund.

The daughter of a diplomat, Radhika was born in Pakistan and has lived in Nigeria, the USA & Italy as well.

In this video, we have a snippet of our episode with Radhika Gupta where she breakdown the darkest phase of her life. There was a time in her life where she attempted suicide. Her story is truly inspirational, would urge everyone to learn from her mistakes & to stop taking life very seriously.
